Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of djczfbaby.com (the “Site”) and any booking you make with DJ CZFBABY, a sole proprietorship based in New Jersey, USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to submit a booking request or pay a deposit.

2. Our services

We provide live DJ and open-format performance services for events such as weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, club nights, and private parties. Descriptions, music styles, and availability shown on the Site are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer until we accept your booking in writing.

3. How booking works

You submit a booking request through the Site. This is a request, not a confirmed booking.
We personally review each request and check availability. You are not charged when you submit a request.
If we accept your date, we email you a secure link to pay a deposit. Your date is reserved only once the deposit is received.
If we are unable to take your date, you are not charged.

4. Deposits, fees, and payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit amount is a percentage of the total fee quoted for your event and is shown to you before you pay. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to the start of the performance, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The deposit is non-refundable. It compensates us for reserving your date and turning away other bookings. If you cancel, the deposit is not returned. Rescheduling to a new date is subject to our availability and is at our discretion; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it but do not guarantee it.

Payments are processed by Square, Inc. By paying, you also agree to Square’s applicable terms and authorize the charge shown at checkout. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

New Jersey sales tax of 6.625% applies to our services and is added to the amounts you pay. Tax is collected on your deposit at checkout and on the remaining balance when it is paid; the tax-inclusive total is shown to you before you confirm each payment.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling by us

In the rare event we cannot perform due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or arrange a suitable replacement. If we cancel and cannot reschedule, our liability is limited as set out in Section 8.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event details, ensure safe and lawful performance conditions at the venue (including adequate power and a safe setup area), and obtain any permits or venue permissions required for your event.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, crowd response, or uninterrupted availability of the Site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your booking or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the booking at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your event, your venue, your guests, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the DJ CZFBABY name, logo, text, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the “Last updated” date above, governs your use of the Site.
